Our office is at 14 Elgin Road, Masaka, Uganda. We are open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30 (17:00 on Fridays). You are welcome to visit in person — we ask only that you call ahead so we can ensure the right person is available to meet you. The building is on the second floor above Elgin Pharmacy, with parking available on the street.

We try to respond to every enquiry within one business day.
A member of our team will acknowledge your message within one business day and ask any clarifying questions needed to understand your situation. We do not route enquiries through automated systems — a real consultant reads every message.
If there appears to be a good fit, we will schedule a one-hour discovery call. This call is free, structured around your questions, and will give you a clear sense of how we would approach your challenge — with no pressure to engage.
If both sides want to move forward, we prepare a short written proposal — typically two to three pages — setting out scope, methodology, timeline, and a fixed fee in Ugandan Shillings. We aim to deliver proposals within five business days of the discovery call.
